Newborn Baby Girl Heartlessly Dumped By Parents In Trash Can, Gets Eaten by Ants.

According to the authorities in Bhopal, India Dheeraj Rathore a local businessman was the one who discovered the infant in a trash container.

Rathore said, “I was passing by the bin when I heard the cries of a baby. I was shocked to see an infant’s head sticking out of a red polybag in a garbage vat among the bushes. Ants were all over her head and body.”

The baby was still alive but in bad condition but with the help of other locals, Rathore was able to clean off the poor baby while they all waited for the police to arrive.

The baby girl was brought to the hospital and were examined and found to be underweight weighing only 3.5 pounds and in critical condition
Add the doctors also discovered that the newborn baby girl had bruises all over the body, suggesting that her parents physically abused her.

The police were investigating on the where about of the parents and they are doing everything they can to put them behind bars.

Apparently, this was not the first case that a baby girl is being abandoned and in the past few years there are reports that some girls are buried alive by their parents in India.

There are also reports that a young Indian woman was allegedly poured gas by her in-laws and tried to set her on fire despite her being pregnant.

It seems that the discrimination against girls in India has become rampant that according to experts, that there are at least millions of missing Indian girls with some of them is victims of sex-selection abortions, and others undertook infanticide.

Even the doctors are prohibited from announcing to the parents the gender of their unborn child trying to stop this discrimination, but still, it continues in an alarming manner.

On other hand, the discrimination is said to be culturally link were women are viewed as financial burdens. Indian women are obliged to pay for dowries and must perform other practices when getting married.
